If your hair is dull

Eat: Salmon
When you are done with healthy fats, your hair begins to lose its natural shine. In fact, a 2012 study found that taking low copper content might be related to premature aging.  Half a cup of cooked shiitake mushrooms provides nearly half of that amount (to taste them in this easy-going burger wild mushrooms). Seaweed and sesame are also good sources.
